My mom is in this LTC since 6-7 years. She was very happy because of very supportive staff, and doctors. Unfortunately, many good nurses left so we see that there is a poor management and less staff. Here are few things that I noticed, Please read last item for sure . 1. Air condition leaks from above floor; they fixed 2 times but again it is a same issue. 2. Floors are dirty , corners have lot of dust, dead bugs and ants. I donβt know anything for other floors , but second floor sucks. Finally, they cleaned with some excuses. 3. Mom was on morphine . Instruction from hospice was to check every hr and give morphine as needed. One of the nurse, didnβt show up for 3 hrs. When she showed up , she was upset. After back and forth , I thought things are good. But my instinct told me to stay until shift changes. She left at 11:31PM before other nurse is on duty. I realized that for 20-25 minutes there was not a single person on the floor ; yes, NOT a SINGLE PERSON . I had to call owner at midnight. For my momβs safety, I stayed until 1:00PM. This place was so wonderful , nurses were extremely cooperative and treated my mom as their mom.I am not sure why such good nurses left and place

Dad just got through with his second (or third, can't remember!) stay at Princeton Care Center. Each time, they took great care of him--they make a tough situation easier, for sure. The facility is clean, quiet, and well-staffed. What I like best about Princeton Care is that itβs run by a family, the Bogners, and they are Johnny on the spot whenever thereβs a problem. This sets Princeton Care apart from other rehab centers Iβve had dealings with. Many are run by big corporate chains. When thereβs a problem, good luck getting it attended to. Because itβs run by a family, however, Princeton Care is very responsive. Looking after older people is not an easy job, and inevitably problems occur. Thereβs trouble with the shower, or a nurse isnβt careful as she should be getting a patient out of bed β these things arise in all rehab centers. But the difference is that when you bring the problems to managementβs attention at Princeton Care, they get solved--and quickly. So I am grateful for their care of my dad, and I can recommend them and the Bogners without hesitation. Thanks to their attention to detail and their owner-operator mentality, they do a good job in a tough field.

I am an elder law attorney in central New Jersey. Princeton Care Center has been a great resource for my clients for nearly the last decade. My clients have been well cared for, and I find the administration's communication to be exceptional. They deal with issues in a timely and efficient fashion.

Princeton Care Center, and the staff there have always helped us out with residents going to their rehab, and returning to us even stronger, or back to their base line. They work closely with families to make sure their loved one is taken care of. :)

Do not believe the Medicare 5 star rating! Not even close. This place is seriously understaffed. Its not uncommon to take 3 hours to get a diaper change! Some of the staff they have are fabulous and will treat your loved one like family, others are deplorable, disrespectful, rude and downright hostile. But I do believe that being overworked and likely underpaid isnβt good for employee morale and am certain that plays a factor in overall treatment of patients. The theft there runs rampant, there are staff that will steal anything that isnβt nailed down...clothing, toiletries, personal items, even a lousy ink pen. Do not even think about keeping a few dollars or jewelry in a drawer, there is no space that is sacred. PT leaves much to be desired, their staff is not ambitious so if your loved one has goals to meet, this is not the place for you. If you need ongoing maintenance therapy for an ongoing health issue, they will not document to keep you in PT. There is no real therapy on the nursing floors...patients are assisted in and out of bed or perhaps with getting dressed and thatβs about it. The food is frequently unidentifiable, and unappetizing on a daily basis which is a reas
